Managing Director
Mr. Manish Shahra, holds a degree in Industrial Production Engineering and Master degree in Management from IMS Indore. After completing his studies in the Year 1994 has joined the parental business of trading and manufacturing of agricommodities and edible oils.
Holding vast experience in diversified fields like soya oil extraction, oil refinery, dairy, real estate, wind energy business and International trade, The Manish Shahra who have a controlling shareholding take part in the management through the Board. They are assisted by a team of qualified and experienced professionals.
Mr. Manish Shahra through his efforts and business acumen has applied his entrepreneur skills for taking the group to new heights and providing new dimensions to the parental business of agri-commodities and edible oils and is currently designated as Executive Director of Anik Industries Limited (Formerly M. P. Glychem Industries Ltd), and holds the post of Director at RRHL.
Through his business innovations he has always tried and succeeded in new ventures besides upgrading the current line of action on an ongoing business. He has not only successfully handled existing line of activities but diversified into Infrastructure Development, Dairy, Mining, Housing Development, Power Sector and commodity business of new commodities. He is actively participating in activities of various chambers of commerce, trade associations and in other Business Associations.
His vision for the future is “GROWTH THROUGH SUSTAINANBLE DEVELOPMENT” and to become one of contributors who have put in their efforts for translating India into a DEVELOPED COUNTRY from the current status of a Developing Country.

Purpose of the Job
The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, driving technical excellence, ensuring quality, controlling costs, and aligning execution strategies with organizational goals. This role demands seasoned leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Technical Leadership
• Define and implement technical strategies for project execution and delivery.
• Establish and promote a culture of quality, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Lead technical planning efforts in alignment with organizational goals.
2. Project Management & Execution
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects across various stages.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Solve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
3. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, including project managers and technical staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Delegate tasks efficiently and evaluate team performance.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliances.
• Create standardized procedures for project execution and review their effectiveness.
5. Financial Oversight
• Develop budgets and manage project costs during execution.
• Monitor billing, estimation, quantity surveying, and ensure cost control across all projects.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project progress.
• Manage contracts, including negotiation of rates, terms, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee the work and deployment of Project Management Consultants (PMC).
