Mr. Manish Shahra, 47 years, holds a degree in Industrial Production Engineering and Master degree in Management from IMS Indore. After completing his studies in the Year 1994 has joined the parental business of trading and manufacturing of agricommodities and edible oils.
Holding vast experience in diversified fields like soya oil extraction, oil refinery, dairy, real estate, wind energy business and International trade, The Manish Shahra who have a controlling shareholding take part in the management through the Board. They are assisted by a team of qualified and experienced professionals.
Mr. Manish Shahra through his efforts and business acumen has applied his entrepreneur skills for taking the group to new heights and providing new dimensions to the parental business of agri-commodities and edible oils and is currently designated as Executive Director of Anik Industries Limited (Formerly M. P. Glychem Industries Ltd), and holds the post of Director at RRHL.
Through his business innovations he has always tried and succeeded in new ventures besides upgrading the current line of action on an ongoing business. He has not only successfully handled existing line of activities but diversified into Infrastructure Development, Dairy, Mining, Housing Development, Power Sector and commodity business of new commodities. He is actively participating in activities of various chambers of commerce, trade associations and in other Business Associations.
His vision for the future is “GROWTH THROUGH SUSTAINANBLE DEVELOPMENT” and to become one of contributors who have put in their efforts for translating India into a DEVELOPED COUNTRY from the current status of a Developing Country.

After completing chartered accountancy course in the Year 1997 Mr. Rishabh Mahajan has joined Various Industrial group taking care of financial and other commercial operations of the company.
Mr. Rishabh Mahajan through his efforts and competent has become Founder & Promoter of RRHL Realty early age and now he is also a Executive Director of RRHL Realty Ltd.
He has been instrumental in the growth of Ruchi Realty Limited (Pioneer in Real Estate Developments) and successfully handled all the expansion projects at various locations spreading across the map of India.

Mr. Shivam Asthana is a graduate from GSITS Engineering College Indore in 1992.
He started his professional career as a trainee engineer with the Eicher Group.
Subsequently he worked with Godrej, Reliance, Airtel and HDFC Groups before joining Ruchi Group in May 2005 and since joining he is handling the group real estate projects in eastern India. His current designation is President – Eastern Region.

Mr. Anurag Shrivastava, a Marketing General Manager at Ruchi Realty Group, brings to the table a wealth of experience spanning 17 years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing in Central India. Throughout his career, he has forged an impressive track record, excelling in both residential and commercial sales. His area of expertise is in Business Development, and he is wholeheartedly committed to lending his expertise to a professional real estate organization while staying attuned to the latest industry processes and trends. His central goal is to make significant and valuable contributions to the organization’s growth and success.
In his current role, Mr. Shrivastava shoulders responsibility for a spectrum of critical aspects within the real estate realm, which includes P&L Management, Marketing and Sales of residential group housing projects, meticulous Customer Relationship Management, overseeing the Possession & Handing Over processes, vigilant Contract Management, astute Business Plan/Strategy Planning & Development, proactive Business Development initiatives, and adept Team Management.

Dr.Rupesh Mehta is a Qualified M.Com (A/C’s & Taxation), MBA (HR), PDHRD, certifications to name as few i.e. Certified Trainer, Certified Counselor, Certified Practitioner of NLP, GRI Certified Sustainability Reporting Initiative”, Certified Happiness Life Coach & Certified Lead Auditor in Various Quality Certifications.
He Has been Awarded with The Top Most HR Leaders (India)-2022 by World HR Congress and “Award of Excellence – 2023” at Research and Innovation Park, IIT DELHI.
An integral part of the HR Leadership team and partners with other business partners he has 27+ Years experience in HR, IR, OD, Employee engagement, Learning & Development, Certifications, Diversity and Inclusion at Group / Multiple Business / Corporate / Multiple Plants & locations / Division level during his past association with various large trans global business conglomerates.
